PlayH5 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content on our Site infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Site
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court
Repeat Infringers
PlayH5 will terminate accounts or remove content from users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
